Playboard® Polycarve
Multi-Colored HDPE Material
Looking for a dynamic material option that’s ideal for outdoor conditions? Playboard Polycarve is a versatile, multi-colored HDPE material, with superior UV performance and weather-ability for standing the test of time and vigorous use. It contains the same UV package as Playboard® HDPE and can be routed so that the core color becomes visible.
“We needed a material that would machine cleanly and that was lightweight and aerodynamic. It is also moisture resistant, so it won’t deteriorate and will keep its integrity within the board. Working with Celtec expanded PVC saves on the production costs of having to machine-mold the wedge.”
