Seaboard™ DS
Seaboard DS is a HDPE (high density polyethylene) foam cored material with a specially formulated skin to add stiffness and dimensional stability.
Ideal for applications where additional stiffness and strength are required such as, engine covers, seat backs and bottoms, instrument panels, tackle storage etc.
- Exhibits 1/2 the expansion and contraction of standard HDPE materials.
- Combines light weight, economy, and superior strength in a foam core product.
- Stronger than standard foam core materials.
- UV stabilized to withstand the elements.
- Custom colors available (minimums may apply).
- Will not rot, chip, splitner, mold, or delaminate like wood alternatives.
- Impervious to the salt and moisture.
- Easy to machine with conventional tools.
- Consistent color and dimensional characteristics.
- All sheet is oversized atleast 1/4" in width and length for optimal yeilds.
