Flametec™ Kytec® PVDF
Kytec® PVDF is an ultra pure fluoropolymer suited for harsh chemical, thermal, and ultraviolet environments. Resistant to most acids, bases, and organic solvents and is ideally suited for handling wet or dry chlorine, bromine and other halogens. Typically used in semiconductor, petrochemical, and nuclear industries.
- Kytec has a continuous use temperature of 235º F.
- Meets FM4910 criteria and is FM listed.
- Easy to fabricate and thermoplastically weldable.
- Good tensile strength and mechanical abrasion resisitance.
